Get all of the benefits of massage and stability training in this 45-minute class that uses a combination of foam rolling and stability techniques to reduce muscle tension, enhance proprioception/body awareness, improve joint stability, mobility/flexibility, and control.
Expect to tap into all of the tiny postural muscle that you never knew (or forgot) you had and finish class feeling both relaxed and strong. While every class will include techniques for the upper AND lower body, each week will have a different focus.
