21 Day Pilates Meets Strength Reboot
Equipment needed: Mini (Looped) Band, Two 5 to 6 foot therabands / stretchy bands, 1 light jumpstretch band, 1 medium jumpstretch band, 1 heavier kettlebell, 1 lighter kettlebell (Note: Dumbbells can be used in place of kettlebells)
Level: All Levels
Directions: This 21 day program includes creative Pilates and strength based classes to build muscle tone, stability, and whole body strength at home with minimal equipment. Complete the 3 classes a week, allowing for rest as needed. Feel free to supplement this program with classes from the on demand class library if you wish to exercise more than 3x a week.
