General Program Overview:
Perform workouts 1 & 2 on non consecutive days for 4 weeks. They will each take you around 45 minutes.
Pick a resistance and number of reps for each exercise where you have 2 good reps left in the tank, but you feel fatigue in the target muscle groups. As you get stronger, add an additional set, extra repetitions, or use a heavier band to increase the level of challenge.
Recommended Equipment: Light jumpstretch band and a medium or heavy jumpstretch band
