I have a history of injury or am brand new to strength training and fitness modalities. Can I still take class?
Not going to lie. Without knowing your individual injury history, I can’t tell you with full confidence that these classes will work for you. HOWEVER, what I can tell you is that lots of TOTAL PACKAGE members have “stuff” and have specifically told me they LOVE the classes, because they are so joint friendly and there are so many options available.
Regarding if you are new to a modality on the site or a total beginner, let me just say that I adore working with beginners, so I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much you can do and how quickly you start feeling stronger and more resilient. Beyond that, I am also available in the private FB group to help you get unstuck or answer any questions that come up as you get started.
