It depends on the exercise, but you will still most likely need bands and dumbbell as there are very few exercise alternatives featuring kettlebells.
This is because for strength exercises such as step-ups, floor presses, rows, squats, farmer carries, deadlifts, overhead presses, and split squats the set-up and usage of a kettlebell and dumbbell are almost identical, so it doesn’t make sense to film separate videos with them.
Additionally, there aren’t very good kettlebell exercise alternatives for certain exercises such as bicep curls, lateral raises, or rear delt flies, which is why you won’t see any kettlebell exercise alternatives for them.
Where kettlebells are generally superior to dumbbells is ballistic exercises like kettlebell swings, kettlebell cleans to back stepping lunges, ect.
There isn’t a lot of ballistic work in the program, because the focus of the program is strength and muscle building and ballistic exercises aren’t as effective for those particular physiological adaptations. This is because ballistic movements require lighter weights to do well and safely and you need a heavier weight and slower tempo to build strength and muscle.
There are a handful ballistic exercises sprinkled into the program as exercise alternatives where it makes sense to include them, but this is not a kettlebell program.
