Recommended Equipment: mini/looped band (light and/or medium), 1 set of medium dumbbells, jumpstretch bands in light and/or medium resistance, yoga block OR large book.

Focus: Strength and cardiovascular fitness
Directions: Take each of the classes outlined below on non consecutive days. On your days off, you may elect to rest, stretch, or perform some form of recovery work, such as foam rolling. You may also substitute some workouts with alternative workouts from the site.
