Let's be honest. You know that building strength + muscle is important.
The problem is that most workout apps are boring, knowing what to do is confusing, and finding the motivation to exercise is hard.
And it's even harder when you have a bunch of pissed off joints or are hypermobile and wake up every day in what feels like a different body.
I know you've already tried:
...An endless number of YouTube workouts and fitness classes that seemed like they'd be good but left you without much reward for your effort - except maybe a sore knee or screaming neck.
...12 or 16 week strength programs that you might have really liked, but once they were done, you weren't sure what to do next or how to keep your momentum going.
...Apps or workouts that counted at you in a robotic voice while giving you exercises that felt like a complete waste of time, because they were laughably easy or ridiculously hard.
...Making up your own program and finding that while you're working really hard and trying to do everything right, you just aren't seeing the results you want. If anything you feel worse.
That experience? Not fun.
The goods news is there's a much more simple + effective way to build the muscle you want and strength you need even with...
- Hypermobility and the joint issues, pain flares, and chronic exhaustion that come with it.
- Having limited time to workout because family, work, kids, pets, all the things.
- Mobility issues or old injuries that you need a modification for.
- Being in your 40s, 50's or 60's and just now realizing you need to strength train.
You're not too old. You're not too injured. It's not too late. You can build strength and muscle at any age and any phase of life even if you've got shit going on.
TOTAL PACKAGE STRENGTH is an app based ongoing program that takes the guesswork out of building strength + muscle at home or in the gym with modifications for joint issues and hypermobility.
Within the app, you'll find exercise alternatives for every workout. So whether you need a modification for a joint issue or hypermobility or a way to make your workout harder, I've got you covered.
So if you've been reading this page thinking "Yep, that sounds like me" then this program was created for you.
What others are saying
"It is not an exaggeration to say that working with Nikki has changed my life."
I am 54, perimenopausal, hypermobile and have a history of easily injuring myself. While I have always loved movement practices of many kinds, over the years it has been hard for me to start, and or continue, with many desired activities due to injuring myself. Being both strong and bendy, it has been easy for me to blow past my limits and then get injured and exhausted and eventually limit my activities because I have no idea what an appropriate dose of a given movement practice is for me.
Working with Nikki has taught me to honor and acknowledge where I'm at, set realistic goals to not trigger pain, exhaustion and a whole host of other weird nervous system symptoms. Her teaching has educated and inspired me to pay attention to my body's and nervous system's responses and to retool aspects of my workout, intensity, duration, frequency, etc., to an amount where the benefits outweigh the setbacks.
Nikki is very supportive and responsive to any questions or feedback and the Everfit app that she is using for Total Package Strength is easy to use, has great videos and it's easy to keep track of your personal training details. Thank you Nikki!

I want more for you than "if it hurts, don't do it."
Here's why I think this advice is crap.
I started falling apart in my mid twenties.
I saw countless doctors, physical therapists, and movement “experts” looking for answers to my pain and a way to get back to the activities I enjoyed.
They all told me some version of the same thing.
“You’re hypermobile. You should expect to have pain. Forget running or physical challenge. Strength training is dangerous for people like you. Stick to gentle exercise and light weights to protect your joints or else things will get worse as you get older."
For a while I listened to them, but I kept getting weaker and my pain got worse. This advice wasn't cutting it. I decided that if I was going to live with pain, then I could at least be strong.
I started following a progressive strength training program and it changed my life. Within months, my joints felt better, my pain had lessened, and I wasn’t so exhausted all the time.
Fast forward to today.
I’m 38 years old and am able to do more than I could in my twenties. I have more muscle mass. I can comfortably deadlift my bodyweight and run pain free. I can wear my 4 month old daughter for 3 mile walks and help move a couch without fear of hurting myself. I occasionally get pain flares, but overall my joints don't hurt. My hypermobility no longer feels like such a liability.
Everything I was told about my body was complete BS. I wasn't doomed to get worse with age. I just needed to build enough strength and muscle that my body was prepared for all the things I wanted to do.
And after working with hundreds of people (some hypermobile and some not) of all ages who were told very similar things, I feel confident saying that there’s a strong chance that a progressive strength training program can help you too.
THIS is why I created TOTAL PACKAGE STRENGTH.
Because we're all told that we need to be stronger, that muscle is important, and that you should lift heavy. But unless you know exactly what to do, that's wildly unhelpful advice.
What you need is a program. One that prepares you to lift heavy with exercise options to meet you where you're at, so you can build muscle and strength with less pain and injury.
Total Package gives you this all from the convenience of an app.
What is Total Package Strength?
A progressive app based strength program designed to increase strength, muscle mass, and stamina delivered in a mobile app that tells you exactly what to do and tracks your progress. It includes exercise alternatives to modify for joint issues and hypermobility or make the workout harder when needed.
The commitment is 3 months. But really there are four 3 month cycles that build upon each other. My goal for you is that by the end of 12 months, you're stronger and you have more muscle with fewer injuries.

What others are saying
"I'd recommend the program to anyone, especially if they struggle with a chronic condition"
I've been using Nikki's app and I absolutely love the experience.
The app itself is easy to use. I appreciate that Nikki has programmed several variations for each exercise so that I can choose what suits me, my energy levels, and my pain levels on that specific day.
I do 3x per week; each day is a full body day focused on specific movement patterns. For instance, one day, it’ll be several variations of a press; the next day, it’ll be variations of a row. I enjoy the way the exercises are coupled together like that…it makes me feel like those muscle groups get a very effective workout for that day. She also has options for dumbbells or barbells, depending on what you have access to, which I like.
The workouts progress functionally and sensibly, and Nikki has included deload weeks in the program, so it’s all taken care of for you. You can easily change the days of your workouts around to fit your schedule. Overall, as someone who is hypermobile, I'm very impressed with the program and would recommend it to anyone, especially if they struggle with a chronic condition and want workouts they can tailor to how they feel that day.

Here's where you should double-check if you should buy this...

You should definitely join if...
- You're ready to build strength + muscle and love a clearly laid out plan.
- You're done with random workouts and program hopping and want something efficient and effective that you can do 2 to 3 times a week.
- You have a history of pain and injury or are hypermobile, but are great at modifying if presented with options.
- You don't mind or even enjoy working out on your own. If you know what to do, you're good to go.
- Your level of experience is novice to intermediate. You're comfortable with the idea of doing deadlifts, squats, or rows with minimal instruction.
- You love options! Getting a program that gives you the ability to customize workouts to your needs is exciting to you.
You should not join if...
- You're brand new to strength. A beginner program will be a better fit for you.
- Tech gives you hives. This is an app based program. You will have to use your phone to access it.
- Commitments aren't your thing. There's a 3 month commitment.
- You want full length classes. The app short videos with written instructions. No verbal cues.
- You have unmanaged chronic pain. There are modifications, but this program is not designed to address specific injuries.
- You think this is going to give you flat abs or take away all your pain. Strength training can support body composition and pain management, but it's not magic.
- You want a completely customized program. I am happy to help you adjust the program for your needs and provide an alternative exercise if needed, but this is a templated program.

- I won’t be checking in on you. If you need support, I am here to help, but you will need to reach out to me 😉

Standard program workouts
- Take 45 to 60 minutes on average, but some may vary in length.
- 2x/week option, you’ll do 7 strength exercises per workout,
- 3x/week option, you’ll do 6 strength exercises per workout.
Low volume program workouts
- Take 30 to 45 minutes, but may vary in length
- Both the 2x/week and 3x/week options have 5 strength exercises per workout
- Fewer sets and reps than the standard volume program
- Great fit if you prefer shorter workouts or struggle with recovery
You can switch between programs at any time. Email me at hello@naablevy.com or message me in the Everfit App for assistance.
Please note that the programs are all the same price, because ultimately the programming you’re getting is very similar – it’s just been adjusted to fit your needs and preferences for how the exercises are split up across each day.
Additionally, you get the same access to the resources library, bonus workshops, community forums, and personalized support from me with the ability to move across the different options as needed based on the season of life you’re in or how your body feels.
- What's the refund policy? Can I pause the program? Will I be able to access the program after I cancel?
21 Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy: You can request a refund within 21 days of gaining access to the program through the Everfit app by sending an email to hello@naablevy.com. Once your refund is processed, your access to the program and any associated materials will be revoked.
Can I pause my subscription? Unfortunately, you can’t pause your subscription.
However, if you need to cancel, you’re welcome to rejoin during any period of time when enrollment is open. If you have any questions about rejoining, feel free to email me at hello@naablevy.com and I’ll be happy to assist you!
Can I access the program after I cancel?
If you cancel your membership, you will have access to workouts inside the app and the Total Package Resource Library through the end of your current billing period.
Once your billing period has ended, you will no longer be able to access any of the materials.
Think of it like Netflix or any other subscription service. Once you cancel your subscription and your pay period is over, you can no longer watch any of the shows or movies. The same idea applies here.
- Can I use kettlebells instead of dumbbells?
It depends on the exercise, but you will still most likely need bands and dumbbell as there are very few exercise alternatives featuring kettlebells.
This is because for strength exercises such as step-ups, floor presses, rows, squats, farmer carries, deadlifts, overhead presses, and split squats the set-up and usage of a kettlebell and dumbbell are almost identical, so it doesn’t make sense to film separate videos with them.
Additionally, there aren’t very good kettlebell exercise alternatives for certain exercises such as bicep curls, lateral raises, or rear delt flies, which is why you won’t see any kettlebell exercise alternatives for them.
Where kettlebells are generally superior to dumbbells is ballistic exercises like kettlebell swings, kettlebell cleans to back stepping lunges, ect.
There isn’t a lot of ballistic work in the program, because the focus of the program is strength and muscle building and ballistic exercises aren’t as effective for those particular physiological adaptations. This is because ballistic movements require lighter weights to do well and safely and you need a heavier weight and slower tempo to build strength and muscle.
There are a handful ballistic exercises sprinkled into the program as exercise alternatives where it makes sense to include them, but this is not a kettlebell program.
- What are the workout splits / focus of each workout?
If you choose 2 workouts a week, then your workout split will be:
- Day 1: Squat + Chest Press with Upper Body Push / Pull
- Day 2: Deadlift + Overhead Press with Upper Body Push / Pull
If you choose the 3 workouts a week, then your workout split will be:
- Day 1: Chest Press with Upper Body Push & Lower Body Accessory
- Day 2: Squat with Upper Body Pull
- Day 3: Deadlift + Overhead Press with Upper Body Push / Pull
Workouts also include accessory work such as bicep curls, lateral raises, core exercises, triceps extensions, ect.
If you choose to use barbells, then your squat will be a back squat, chest press will be a bench press, etc.
- Can I use my computer to access the workouts?
For the best experience, the program is designed to be accessed on a mobile phone.
While some tablets may work, the app is NOT available on desktop computers.
- Are there travel workouts? Is cardio or conditioning included?
There is an option for shorter resistance band based travel workouts!
To gain access to these travel workouts, you can find them in the resources library within the app OR you can email or message me and I’ll enter them into your account for you.
At this time, cardio and conditioning are not included in the program.

What others are saying
"The app is super clear with great videos, helpful adaptations and modifications"
I have been following Nikki online for a while now and attended some of her online classes, so when I heard she was opening up the Total Strength Package I was really excited to sign up.
I live in Asia and do not have easy access to a gym, however I have found following the app to be really easy and accessible, it is exactly what I needed to get me back into strength based work.
The app is super clear with great videos, helpful adaptations and modifications and I am enjoying the way it progresses each month.
Recently I injured my ankle, which was a bit of a set back, however Nikki went above and beyond to create some videos about how to modify with an ankle injury, it really lifted my spirits and helped me realised that I can work around my injury and I can continue to build strength.
Thank you Nikki.
