Pilates and yoga for mobility, flexibility & restoration
6 week program
Props utilized in the program: Mat, 36 inch foam roller, 6 foot theraband, 2 lb hand weights OR small soup cans, 2 yoga blocks, 8-10 inch Pilates ball, looped/mini band (light and/or medium), hand towel, yoga blanket OR large bath towel, yoga strap OR large bath towel.

Level: All Levels
Focus: Mobility, flexibility, stability (foundation for strength)
Directions: Take each of the classes outlined below on non consecutive days. On your days off, you may elect to rest, stretch, or perform some form of strength or cardio. You may also substitute some workouts with alternative workouts from the site.
